Three and a half years living in Japan reshaped the way I see design. In a culture where every detail carries meaning, where space is treated as something to be felt, not just seen. I learned that true beauty is never accidental. It's considered. It's purposeful.
My path here wasn't linear. It moved through wellness, relocation, and rebuilding.
What remained constant is my belief that the spaces we inhabit, digital or physical, should reflect who we truly are.
That understanding, alongside a background in business strategy and a deep respect for the design process, lives in every website I build.
Behind the Studio
I’m Chelsea, founder of Velvet Heart Creative. I partner with interior designers to create online spaces that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and aligned with the way their studios work.
